CAMP MERCIFUL
Our youth ministry is excited to announce that Camp Merciful will be returning to the parish this summer. The summer camp will run for 2 weeks, on the second and third weeks of July. Participants can sign up for one or both weeks. The cost is $150/camper per week and this includes a t-shirt, an excursion per week, snacks, and materials. Here are some important details:
Who: For all students in Gr. 1-6 (Grade they entered in Sep. 2022)
What: Faith-based camp. There will be daily catechesis, Mass, songs, recess, activities (arts & crafts, outdoor activities, indoor games) and an excursion once a week.
When: Week 1 - July 10th to July 14th | Week 2 - July 17th to 21st
Where: Majority of the activities will be held in the parish basement hall and rooms, as well as outside in the parish parking lot.
Time of Camp: 9:00 AM -3:30 PM (Before and aftercare will be from 8-9 AM and 3:30-4:30 PM at an additional cost)
What to bring? Kids will have to bring two snacks and a lunch every day (Must be PEANUT and NUT-FREE), running shoes and a reusable water bottle.

Our mission as a Youth Ministry "is to love, walk with and empower the youth of our community to be joyful and fearless disciples of Jesus Christ." Our youth ministry offers both the Edge and Lifeteen programs during the fall to summer semesters. Check out more information below:
EDGE (Grades 6 to 8)
Edge is a middle-school ministry program that aims to offer a safe and fun environment where you can learn more about your faith. We meet every Tuesday evening from 5:30 to 7 pm in the parish basement hall. If your child is interested in joining, please register your them here:
LifeTeen (Grades 9 to 12)
Lifeteen is a high-school youth ministry that strives to lead teens closer to Christ by strengthening our teens' Catholic identity, while also rooting them firmly in Christ and in His Church. We meet every Saturday evening starting with the 7 PM youth mass, and our program runs after from 8-10 PM. If interested in joining, please register here:
We also provide unique opportunities for the youth to participate in such as EDGE Camp West, High-School Leadership camp, Steubenville conferences and many other great OCY (Ontario Catholic Youth) events happening throughout the year.
